Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearls

China/Scented Green Tea

The top two leaves and bud of this tea undergo the Yin Hao process of jasmine scenting, involving the addition and removal of jasmine petals from the tea 13 separate times. Individual leaves are hand-rolled into small pearls. Watch the pearls slowly unfurl, releasing a complex and supremely aromatic tea.

Yin Zhen

China/White Tea

This rare tea is picked on only two days of the year. It is light in color, sweet, and lightly fragranced with very subtle nuances.
